This policy covers the website at rawafidtech.com. It does not cover the RAWAFID product, which runs on a dedicated instance for each client under that client’s own agreement.
Who we are

What this website collects
No cookies. The website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page speed. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.
Demo button counts. When you click a “Book a demo” button, the link passes through rawafidtech.com/book. That step adds 1 to a daily total for the place on the site you clicked from (for example “hero” or “contact”). We store only the date, that place name and the count. We do not store your IP address, browser details or anything that identifies you. These totals are kept to compare months.
Server logs. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not store this data in our own systems.
Booking a demo
The booking page is provided by Google Calendar. When you book, Google collects the name and email address you enter so the meeting can be scheduled. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that page.
If you email us, your message is handled by Zoho Mail. We use it only to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation.
